A written proposal or statement of work sets out the specific scope, timeline and cost for your project. These general terms apply alongside that document unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Content & access
You are responsible for providing accurate content, approvals and access (domains, accounts, data) on time. Delays in providing these can affect your project timeline.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables built for you. Reusable frameworks, tools and know-how developed by Webguru remain our property.
Responsible use
Political tools such as voter CRM and messaging features must be used lawfully, with respect for privacy and applicable election regulations in your jurisdiction.
