Booking deposits
A consultation or booking deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before any discovery work begins. Once discovery starts, the deposit covers that work and is non-refundable.

We want every engagement to start with confidence. This policy explains how deposits, milestone payments and cancellations are handled across our business and political projects.
Most projects are billed in stages tied to agreed deliverables. Refund eligibility depends on the stage reached and the work already completed at the time of a cancellation request.
Milestone payments
Each project stage is invoiced on completion of agreed deliverables. Payments for completed milestones are not refundable; only undelivered future milestones can be cancelled.
Cancellations
You can cancel a project in writing at any time. We will invoice for work completed to date and refund any balance already paid for stages not yet started.
Exceptions
Domain, hosting, third-party licence and advertising spend already paid to external providers on your behalf are non-refundable.
